Rich Flavour, Higher Nutrition

Our milk encompasses everything about life at Briddlesford – taste, nutrition and heritage – and we take great pride in offering the best in Isle of Wight food and farming.

Milk from our Guernsey cows is rich in flavour and high in fat and protein, with a delightful golden colour and silky texture. It’s packed with natural goodness and revered by barista champions and coffee aficionados alike for transforming lattes, mochas, cappuccinos and macchiatos.

100 Years of Heritage

The Griffin family have been producing quality dairy products at Briddlesford Farm for over 100 years. Charles Griffin, great-grandfather to siblings Paul and Louise, arrived with the first Guernsey cows in 1923.

Today, Paul, his wife, Chris, and Louise run the farm, with ‘The Briddlesford Herd’ now expanded to around 140 cows. They are all direct descendants from the original 15 and very much a part of the family.
